"Presenting a somewhat more elegant approach to dealing with your computer frustrations."
Magazine advertisement for Symantec Corp.'s PC Handyman (ca. 1996)

For me, the following is the most appropriate quote I've seen relating to my anger and frustration when dealing with PCs, taken from the above advertisement: "Life with a computer is often a love/hate relationship. Rarely has a machine made life so easy. Or so frustrating. All those little glitches, crashes, screen freezes and mysterious malfunctions can really drive you crazy. Why do they happen? Can they be prevented? Are they symptoms of a bigger problem, or a warning that disaster is about to strike?"
