Friday, October 31, 2003 The Northern Line has normal services operating in both directions. This will affect journeys from 17:02 on 31/10/03 until further notice. Northern line services have resumed to all destinations, trains will run at near normal frequencies. Services will now run as follows: between High Barnet/Mill Hill East and Morden via Charing Cross ONLY and between Edgware and Morden via Bank ONLY. No early closure of the line tonight or in the near future. The Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines have delays occurring in both directions. This will affect journeys from 00:11 on 01/11/03 until further notice. This is due to signalling problems at Baker Street Station.
